Brief And Pre-Production

For our magazine we were given a brief which was to create a magazine cover and contents which would be suitable for the school.  The front cover had to include a mid-shot of a chosen person, a mast head which had to be at the top and the font i will be using is Helvetica and this will be used for every other piece of text on the front and contents.  on the front cover there will be the price, barcode and text boxes showing snaps or articles.  these were then put on the contents page to whow which page they would be on.  the photo of the person i have chosen is center of the cover and holding out their hands.  the colours i have used are dark red, blue and some white.  on my contents page there will be photos of two different peoples faces with thoughtful looks on their faces and this will be put at the bottom, a picture of the new canteen in the center and above this is the contents and pages they are on in a blue colour, font Helvetica.  the mast head of the contents page will be a dark red helvetica font and will be at the top of the page.  when we had finished our designs we went out and took the photos we needed, which would be used for our magazines.
